Service details
You can send us a vacuum pump, compressor or blower. When we receive the unit, we will immediately check it and conduct a running test. Then, disassemble the unit and inspect all parts one by one. We will report all non-compliance with the standard requirements and use it as a basis for our maintenance advice, and forward a copy to you.
Once you agree to implement our recommended work, we will clean all parts and replace the worn or damaged parts with original parts. During reassembly, we calibrate all parts according to the manufacturer's specified tolerance requirements.
The assembled unit will be fully tested to ensure it is operational. All test results will be recorded in the test log for archiving. All devices are repainted. The returned device or the device reinstalled in the field will be the same as the new device, along with a complete log of all the jobs and test results.
